Shipping
For USPS Ground we ship in plain bubble mailers, nothing more.
For USPS Priority we ship bubbled AND boxed
Some wonder why no cardboard backer, and my answer is that it doesn’t matter if cardboard is used or not. I’m sure not many will believe that, but I have a ton of supporting data. In one 2-year span I shipped out 13,416 packages WITH cardboard backer. There were 41 reports to me about condition effected during shipping (0.31%). In the next 2-year span I shipped out 15,209 packages with NO cardboard backer. There were 58 reports to me about condition effected during shipping (0.38%). The increase is negligible and not worth the extra time cutting up thousands of little squares. Shipping to some destinations becomes more expensive when that extra 2 ounces of cardboard are put in the package.
Shipping Cost
In 12 years of running the website, I’ve never charged shipping costs. Unfortunately it’s way past due to do so. With shipping rates constantly changing depending on what season we’re in, I’ve been losing out big time. Shipping 1 disc across the country is well over $6 now. A few years ago it was in the $4’s range. 3 months ago it was just over $6. Multiply that by thousands of shipments…
You will be charged exact shipping rates direct from USPS. I may put a deal where there may be free shipping after X amount spent, or maybe a cap on shipping. I’m not sure at this time.
Returns
-DISCS have to be in UNUSED condition. Marks from even one throw are easy to see. If the disc was used, you will only receive a few bucks for used trade in value.
-BAGS/CARTS have to be in unused condition and packed in original packaging (if applicable). I honestly don’t suggest shipping bags/baskets back. It’s a lot of money to ship, but that’s your call.
-OTHER items have to be in unused condition, also.
-If the returned item is found to be used in any fashion, you will only receive a tiny percent of the original price.
-If the item got delivered to you damaged by shipping, we will 100% work with you to resolve the issue
-Return shipping is paid for by the customer, unless we’ve discussed otherwise due to a bad shipment.
Refunds
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method within a few business days, or however long it takes CC companies to process.
