Reading and understanding the policies of KWs Disc Golf is on the buyer.

**Disc Conditions**

Discs are new unless otherwise noted. I will never claim that a disc is 10/10 100% perfect condition because it’s almost impossible. The discs get handled by multiple people at the molding factory, then packaged and shipped to the warehouse, then handled by multiple people at the warehouse where they are shuffled around and stacked, then put in a box, stacked on many other discs, then shipped via UPS, then unboxed by me, then photographed, then put on the shelf. If you cannot accept “storage wear”, which happens on 99% of discs, then do not purchase from me. I will accept returns on discs that you have a problem with, because they have a mark on them, but you will pay shipping back.

Obviously, if there’s a giant gouge, cut, shipping disaster, warp, or something obvious that I missed, then we’ll definitely work it out.

Shipping/Tracking

Tracking is provided. You can view your tracking info in your account.

Shipping is usually same day if purchased before 7AM ET. Sometimes slight delays can occur. If I’m away on vacation, I will have a main notice on the front page that there will be delays in shipping.

Free shipping will be USPS First Class in a plain bubble mailer only, with tracking. There is an option to buy up to box shipping.

3+ disc orders can still be free and will be shipped in a box with tracking.

Priority Upgrade will be USPS Priority Mail in a box with tracking.

Stickers and Patches will be shipped in a standard stamped envelope with NO tracking.

Bags and Baskets are shipped separate from everything via UPS Ground with tracking. Lower 48 only, NO PO Boxes. Orders outside the lower 48 and orders with a PO Box will be cancelled.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are blind. You will receive a random color/weight with your order. If you have a other items in your order with your pre-order item, the whole order will not ship until the actual launch day of the pre-order item.

International Shipping

International shipping is available at your own risk. Please check the international shipping page HERE for details.

Sales Tax

6% sales tax will be collected for all orders with a Michigan shipping address.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. KWs Disc Golf reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Accidental Out of Stock

We try our best to reflect an actual live inventory. Sometimes the website inventory may not reflect what is actually in stock. There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Returns

We will gladly accept the return of your item within 14 days of you receiving it. You will pay shipping back to us. The product MUST be 100% unused condition. If any product has been returned in used condition, you will not receive any refund, so you might as well keep it. If you unpack a cart, put it together, and decide that you don’t like it, it must be repackaged neatly in the original packaging with no box bulging.

In the event of a shipping disaster, you will have to work that out with the post office. I cannot prevent the postal carriers from ruining a disc. Especially if you choose bubble mailer.

**Returns, for any reason, will be refunded the purchase price MINUS the cost to ship that I paid.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, KWs Disc Golf shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
